Applications outside FestApply

Some exhibitors find your event on FestApply and then apply or pay on your own website, by check or by phone. Under your participation agreement, FestApply's platform fee applies to each of them. List them here for each event. FestApply compares this report with the clicks on your event's Apply link, and the fee goes onto your next Monday bill.
