Terms of Use
Where The Shows Are!!! provides an online service where event organizers list shows and artists, craftspeople, vendors, musicians and sponsors find and apply to them. We are not a party to the agreement between an organizer and an applicant. Organizers set their own fees, rules and refund policies. By using the service you agree to follow the rules of each event you apply to.
Text Messaging Terms
- Program: Where The Shows Are!!! and the event organizers you apply to may text you application updates, event and deadline reminders, and promotional messages.
- Consent: Texting is optional. You agree to receive texts only by checking the box next to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of applying to any event or of any purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges apply; we do not charge for texts.
- Stop: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one confirmation message, and no more texts after that.
- Resubscribe: Reply START to resubscribe.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us through the email address on our site.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information: We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone for marketing purposes.
Email Messages
If you opt in, we and the event organizers you apply to may email you about applications, events and promotions. Every marketing email includes our physical mailing address and a working unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
Privacy Policy
We collect the information you give us when you register and apply: contact details, business details, images, and application answers. You choose what profile information and images to share with each event organizer when you apply. We use your information to run the service, process applications and payments (card details are handled by our payment processor, never stored by us), and — only with your consent — to send email and text messages. Event organizers who accept you may contact you about their event. You can update your information and withdraw email or text consent at any time from your profile.
