Booth photos — what works best

Show the whole booth, straight on, with your work displayed the way you will set it up.
Wide (landscape) pictures work best, 1,920 pixels on the longest side, at least 1,200. JPEG or PNG; each ends up under about 1.5 MB.
Include people-free, tidy shots in good daylight. Add one for each set-up you use (indoor, outdoor, corner) and name them.

Clear, well-lit photos of your best work. Event sponsors and the jury look at these first. Choose as many as you like.

JPEG is best (PNG is fine). Save in the sRGB color setting.
Size: the longest side should be 1,920 pixels. At least 1,200 pixels is recommended — under 1,000 is too small for a juror to judge your work. (If yours is bigger we shrink it for you; we never enlarge a small one.)
File size: each picture ends up under about 1.5 MB. You can upload originals up to 25 MB; we compress them without visible loss.
One piece per picture, the whole piece in view, on a plain, uncluttered background. Use a few close-up detail shots if they help.
No frames, borders, watermarks, signatures or text on the picture. Use natural or soft even light; keep it in focus.
